Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal! Don't hesitate at all to contact us with any
questions or concerns.
- In order to return a product for replacement or refund, the customer must
contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase. If it is over
the 15 day period, an RMA request will be denied.
- In case of return, please return the item in its original condition and package.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully
inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
We will repair it for you or exchange for a new product of the equivalent value
or higher.
- Buyer need to return the defective item for the replacement at his/her own
cost. Item must be returned by registered airmail to our requested address.
- It may take up to 15 business days to process your return after we receive
your product.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
- We will reduce 15% of amount for restocking fee and full postage cost which
is in advert then we send rest of payment.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that
is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned
merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full
amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and
returned to sender at sender's cost.
